Shipping Information
At Saint Music, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policies:
Shipping Areas: We ship across the UK and EU and around the World. As we are based in Northern Ireland we have remained both in the UK and also in the EU's Single Market for goods so all orders to EU countries are free from additional VAT or customs charges upon receipt, the price you see is the price you pay! For orders outside the UK & EU you are responsible for all local Customs charges.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Delivery Times: UK orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days, while EU deliveries usually take 5-10 business days. Please note deliveries to Italy are particularly slow, often get held up at Customs and usually take longer than this. Delays caused by domestic Customs checks and inspections are beyond our control.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy:
Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return: Contact us at saintguitars@icloud.com with your order details to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Delivery Information

Delivery Partners: We use trusted courier services to ensure your items arrive on time and in perfect condition. Most items are sent by Royal Mail with other delivery partners including Parcelforce, UPS & DHL.
Tracking: Most orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your package is dispatched.
Ownership: Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
